when we send automated mail the client/student is addressed with full name. It sounds really funny. As a student you only read and check for yourself Hi Rounak sounds personal Or Hi Rounak Agarwal With last name included it clearly indicates to the client also that it is AI generated. So please correct and make it first name only

Like how COURSES, COMMUNITY & COACHING are separate modules, I would like to have a separate module to set up a Hackathons - cohort LIVE learning sessions. Features I would like are: Hackathon Start and End Date Number of Missions in Each Hackathon Paid or Free Hackathons Evaluation Criteria and Points for each Mission Hackathon Teams Allocation (I should be able to choose how many members I would like to have in each team) Giving Names for Each Team Allocating members into teams based on which city they are in A Separate SPACE for the team to interact and collaborate A tracking mechanism where I get to see which teams are leading (leaderboard) A separate space for the students to watch Hackathon recordings Awards allocation and WINNERS list from each Hackathon This will incredibly benefit the creator and the students to track progress.

At present we can add only one content under the chapter. For assignments we have to create separate chapter. Keeping under same chapter gives more clarity.

While uploading the videos in Tag Mango cloud, I felt if a video compression tool can be included that would be very helpful for the coaches who are starting their coaching journey with freedom plan where they get limited space in the cloud.

I have done a sample assignment in my demo module by putting 5 questions.. on last question there are only 2 options viz. SKIP and Previous.. I have written to support about this and support given me response that - these are the only options.. I have attached screenshot with this.. From user [learners' prespective] - it does not make it clear - as no Arrow is enable on Top Right of the screen shot and bottom are only 2 options described above.. Ideally there should be third button to SUBMIT - to make thing clear.. under skip option I as learner will fill I have skipped the last question and it will affect my score on the final assessment. Additionally- as far as Certificate is concer, it has trigger for automatic at end of 95% course... now if the last module of the course is assessment, how do the system calculate progress indicatior? for e.g. I have 10 SEctions contains 46 videos, and 11 the section as Assessment- does it mean if a learner has gone through 46 videos , he/she has completed 95% and eligible for Certificate , before actually taking an assessment ?

Currently, the courses has sections and then within sections there are chapters. Suggestion to have sections > chapters > Sub-chapters (or maybe even deeper)?
