Hi Team, We need acknowledgement feature like in the sales, transaction page while doing the refund to the customers. when the amount get credited to customer account acknowledgement is needed for both side. So it will be helpful for us and to customer.

The user should get email notifications on the refund started and completed. Like Instamojo has this option. This will provide clarity for the user and the creator about the refund process.

Hi, Atleast Web version on mobile should have the Dashboard so that I can use Marketing and Customers features on mobile. It is not possible to carry laptop everywhere and when something urgent is there, we need this facility to be handy.

Dear Team, Please create the option to create the pricing in INR irrespective of from where the person is creating from. For Example: Sitting in US, Coach should be able to create the Currency for his services in INR. Right now it is taking in USD by default. -Shankar

I have manifestation audios/ sleep tapes which have to be played 8hrs throughout the night. The feature where, when my student locks the phone, the audio or audio of the video keeps playing helps my student to easily listen to the sleep tape at night. This feature is available in kajabi. I cant allow my students to download my audios otherwise why would they keep buying my membership. Really request you as even when i post an audio as freebie for students, it stops playing the minute I lock my phone. I think it might be helpful to other yoga/ meditation/ spiritual coaches who might be sharing guided meditations/ sleep tapes. Really looking forward for this to development on tag mango at the earliest. Expecting an update soon for the same. Regards Suman Manva

At present customers who purchase any free/paid service directly are not tagged to any affilliate. If such customers makes subsequent purchase of free/paid service using affiliate link they are tagged to particular affilliate. So we end up paying commission to affilliates even for our existing cutomers. To avoid that, I suggest tagging of all our existing as well as future customers as direct who join without using any affiliate link.

Features I would like are: Hackathon Start and End Date Number of Missions in Each Hackathon Paid or Free Hackathons Evaluation Criteria and Points for each Mission Hackathon Teams Allocation (I should be able to choose how many members I would like to have in each team) Giving Names for Each Team Allocating members into teams based on which city they are in A Separate SPACE for the team to interact and collaborate A tracking mechanism where I get to see which teams are leading (leaderboard) A separate space for the students to watch Hackathon recordings Awards allocation and WINNERS list from each Hackathon This will incredibly benefit the creator and the students to track progress.

Currently, we have 0.25X, 0.5X, 1X, 1.5X and 2X options can we add 0.75X and 1.75X speed options?
